Todays update; just put new bearings in a Lotus Twin Cam engine that  is going on our automobilia page and is for sale, here's a short video of it running in the LOTUS 7 we are restoring, now with the correct 1600 GT engine.

  1. Can you let me know how the oil pressure is? Also would be useful to know a bit more about any other significant rebuild factors - re-bore etc. Thanks

    1. Hello Mark , the oil pressure is 40lbs cold at tick over, we didn't take the head off as the compress.ions were all high and there was no smoke.We sold the car 21 years ago and we rebuilt the engine then, machining would have been don by Hamblins who we still use today.
